At Perth Chocolate Works, there is a strong focus on local products and exploring Perth’s heritage. Try their Signature Maple Cream Chocolates made with local maple syrup from Temple’s Maple Products, or indulge in other delectable treats featured in the shop, all with a local bent and ranging from coffee and espresso to cutting boards, sparkling ciders, jams and jellies.
You’ll also find traditional Scottish and English treats that pay tribute to the heritage, of not just the history of Perth, but the family heritage of the McKeen family who own and operate Chocolate Works. The McKeens have been in the chocolate-making industry for over 20 years and are passionate about chocolate!
The McKeen’s chocolate business was originally created in their home in Manitoulin Island (called Manitoulin Chocolate Works) and has now grown into a multi-location business. Visitors will likely see one of the McKeens in and around the shop – feel free to stop and ask questions about chocolate making!
